"Death in Venice" is essentially a long-ish short story. I don't think I'm too happy about this neglect of the German language. You could've packed more into March. Tell you what. Add Mann's "Tristan" (several compilations of Mann's short(er) stories include both this and DiV), and all will be forgiven.

Thanks!

Dan has Death in Venice and the Heaney translation is <a href="http://books.google.com/books?hl=en&id=ynD9o-LfTDMC&dq=heaney+beowulf&printsec=frontcover&source=web&ots=4rv1269VOB&sig=I04SgrTEnPhwSNSeDvpDJuRBnBA#PPP1,M1" rel="nofollow">this edition</a>, which isn't the Penguin one. I'd have to go for the awesome cover even if I didn't care about the translation. :)
